Problem gamblers lose more than just money when they play. They lose time with family and eventually the stability of their whole lives. We wanted to show this through the web and tv. The website features 3 characters with the statistics of the time lost and events missed as well as the amount of money they lose. As the viewer digs deeper they can relate more and more with what's playing out since most of the statistics we used are from interviews with actual problem gamblers who are in recovery. The tv spots feature 2 characters who are missing events with family or loved ones and lying to cover them up or using their own flawed reasoning to keep on gambling. The outdoor was approached a little differently, using quotes from the interviews to show the skewed rationale that problem gamblers use to keep playing even when they're losing.
